iMatrix has hosted our magazine website for about 4 years now. Great product. Great service. Great price. Since the conversion to the new system, we've had problems updating the module link to our digital flipbook every month. They always updated it for me but then next month, I couldn't update it so I had to call in again to get it updated. Tiana worked on it this time and I don't know what she did but IT WORKS! I will be able to do my own updates and with the new system, that only takes a few minutes. Thank you Tiana!Chilan did my update today. Excellent work and soooo very fast. I can't believe a web company has this level of tech support.

We've been working with iMatrix for several years now. They've been very responsive to our requests, making changes as needed and getting apps and links that our other services need added to our site. Cano just did an update for us that was super quick and while I did have to further clarify what I wanted, he was able to resolve everything I needed same day.

I hate egotistical, condescending IT people looking down their noses at you when you ask a question. Cano Espinoza is a perfect example of the exact opposite of that! He spent well over 45 minutes with me cleaning up my website. He was by far the most accommodating website technical support I have ever come across. Thanks Cano! We’re not done yet!
